These delicious strawberry yogurt popsicles are easy to make, with 3 natural ingredients. They’re a cool, healthy treat the whole family will love! If you want smooth yogurt pops, put all the strawberries in a blender and puree until smooth. If you prefer a chunky or textured strawberry popsicle, slice some strawberries thinly and set them aside before blending the rest. Put the yogurt and honey in a large bowl and whisk together. Add the strawberry puree and mix together just until incorporated. Scoop or pour into popsicle molds (adding the sliced strawberries as desired) and freeze for several hours to overnight. We use organic Greek Vanilla bean yogurt and frozen fruit (any kind -but strawberries are my favorite) and mix them in the food processor or blender and we have frozen yogurt. We do this year round – but now we will have to try making Popsicles! Thank you!!!

Looks delish! Must you use full fat yogurt? Can you get away with low fat or nonfat?
Full fat will give you the best creaminess! It should work with low fat, but we haven’t tried it.
